The business was formed in 1993 by Chris Laughton - the leading solar engineer in the UK. With a wide experience in all aspects of the building trade and a variety of environmental and ecological projects, Chris is a fellow of the Institute of Domestic heating and Environmental Engineers (Chair of renewable group), Association of Environment-Conscious Building, SHINE21 trained solar installer and active in the National standards committees. His articles are regularly published in technical and environmental publications and is experienced in the media of television & radio.
